Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We happily accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or any other signs of wear
  • Returned with your order number or proof of purchase

Returns received after 14 days cannot be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Face masks and mask chains
  • Vintage and secondhand items

Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know it’s been processed.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit is valid online and in-store and never expires.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@andthenlb.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned packages.
